NEUROCOACHING AND PERFORMANCE: GETTING BETTER in GETTING BETTER

You have trained/worked/learned as much as never before and yet - whe it comes down to it, zou don't succeed in implementing all this? In the worst case, your nerves are on edge and you are threatened with a black-out?

The expectations of the competitive athlete are becoming increasingly higher today. Regular, hard, enduring training leads to the limits of mental and physical resilience. The strain and stress for the athlete to be able to fulfil these expectations is increasing immensely. Stress, especially in top-class sport, is defined by factors such as pressure to perform, in the sense of "having to win", risk of injury, securing a regular place, expectations of spectators and sponsors etc.

An essential point of neurocoaching is the separation between basic training, competition training and competition, as well as a special form of competition preparation.

In your job or in training, this means nothing else than to be able to access what I have worked on, what I have learned, as quickly and flexibly as possible. To regulate one's own nervousness, to consciously use one's personal charisma and networked thinking. In neurocoaching we talk about meeting a challenge in a self-confident and variable way.

Neurocoaching is based on the AVWF method, which uses sound-modulated music to exert a positive influence on the autonomous nervous system.

The organism is put into a balanced, efficient state, which has the main effect of improving perception, sleep quality and the ability to concentrate. The ability to perform is developed and consolidated with a wide range of tools, such as biofeedback and breathing training, a special mind map technique or hormonal control (colour filters, amino acids).

PROCEDURE

The individual support in neurocoaching extends over a longer period of time, usually over a whole year. The beginning of the cooperation is a detailed conversation and a performance assessment using HRV, low-level functions and balance test. The basis is the AVWF method, whose ten basic units are completed within one to two weeks. This is also the first step towards active regeneration and sustainable performance optimisation. The next steps will be taken at regular appointments that are adapted to individual requirements.

The AVWF Method is not only used for regeneration, but also to improve performance in sports and to promote concentration in the case of learning and developmental difficulties of children and young people. We also offer projects for larger groups. The AVWF Method forms the basis and is continued in neurocoaching
