Christoph Eberl, 12.05.1989 psychologist, neurocoaching, dance teacher, choreographer

Born in Austria, Christoph has lived and worked in the Netherlands for more than 7 years, he is the director of the new AVWF centre in The Hague. In addition to a degree in psychology, Christoph has a four-year degree as a dance instructor at the AHK Amsterdam and completed the AVWF and neurocoaching training with Ulrich Conrady.

The interplay of body, psyche and well-being quickly found common ground when he came into contact with AVWF. In a time between extreme physical training, writing his diploma thesis and delivering various essays, completing several internships, dance performances and organizing the InterActArt-Festival in Innsbruck, sleep was a rare commodity. It is not difficult to imagine that rest and recreation no longer found a place. After several weeks of little sleep, up to insomnia, Christoph started the AVWF-Therapy.

After the first units a positive change was already noticeable. Serenity and sleep returned. After the 10 sessions it was clearly visible that the work overload could be easily managed. Thanks to the lasting effect of the AVWF method the quality of life returned.

With the knowledge about body, psyche and their connection, it was soon clear that a combination, which can help many people to improve their lives, is possible. This is why we are happy to open the first AVWF centre in Holland in The Hague.
