Stress, exhaustion, insomnia,

burnout depression

These are buzzwords that are heard and read in the media almost daily. More and more people seem to have reached or exceeded their limits in terms of resilience and performance. Our society has changed massively in the last decades. Never before has so much information had to be processed so quickly, never before have decisions had to be made so quickly. This is both a curse and a blessing. It seems difficult to find the right balance between constant availability, personal "functioning" around the clock and the necessary relaxation, switching off.

AVWF is an innovative method for regaining inner balance and improving mental and physical performance. It is ment for people with highly stressful environment, managers and executives, people with double burdens, such as work and family, people in crisis situations.

Our Approach

We offer comprehensive regeneration coaching at our Centre for the Enhancement of Audiovisual Perception (AVWF) in The Hague. First of all, the individual condition is recorded through a detailed conversation and various measurement methods (such as low-level functions and sensorimotoric measurement). The basis of our treatment is the AVWF method, which positively influences the autonomous nervous system by means of sound-modulated music. The aim of this method is to bring the patient's own stress regulation back into balance. Only then the necessary energy for possible lifestyle changes will be available to many clients.

A treatment is always preceded by a detailed and free initial consultation.

If you have decided to use the AVWF method, the following procedure applies:

The first 10 basic sessions should be completed without a major break (maximum two days) within one to three weeks. The sound-modulated music has a lasting effect for more than half a year. There are regular checks and, if necessary, refreshments. Gradually not only the physical well-being is increased, but also the knowledge about active regeneration and possibilities to integrate it into the personal everyday life.

The AVWF Method is not only used for regeneration, but also to improve performance in sports and to promote concentration in the case of learning and developmental difficulties of children and young people. We also offer projects for larger groups. The AVWF Method forms the basis and is continued in neurocoaching
